RADICAL CHANGE

Sustainable, social and yet profitable in business

"Triple Harmony Economics" - TRI-MONY® - this is how entrepreneur Frank Martin Püschel calls his concept, which he successfully tested in his own group of companies, which he presents in this book and on this website.
The result is a cleverly controlled, three-fold harmony of profit, sustainable social action and eco-social fairness in the company. Because exactly this is possible!

This book shows why companies in any industry and other economic actors should mercilessly reconcile the pursuit of profit with the achievement of eco-social goals and how it can work.

Frank Martin Püschel (born 1969), graduated in business administration, is an independent entrepreneur, lives in Leistadt and Mannheim and works in his group mainly in Asia and Europe.

For writing books, he came to bedtime stories for his children. He has been confronted with the suffering of migrant workers in Asia since 1997. When the opportunity presented itself at the end of 2012 to make the eco-social conditions for migrant workers dignified and sustainable in their own production facility in Shenzhen, China, this developed into a novel economic concept TRI-MONY,

The resulting book RADICAL CHANGe
is an appeal to the global society for a maximally sustainable form of business. It provides an immediate and radically effective (!) Solution to the eco-social problems of the world caused by business.

Frank Martin Püschel, born 1969, is a graduate in business administration and a self-employed entrepreneur based in Leistadt and Mannheim (Germany). He works for his group of companies primarily in Asia and Europe.

Reading bedtime stories to his children inspired him to write his own book. At work, he had been witnessing the suffering of migrant workers in Asia since 1997. In late 2012 the opportunity arose for him to shape the eco-social conditions for migrant workers at his own manufacturing premises in Shenzhen, China, so that they could live sustainably and with dignity. From these origins sprang the new business concept, TRI-MONY.

The resulting book, RADICAL CHANGE, is a plea to global society to do business in a way that is as sustainable as possible. It offers a solution to the world's eco-social problems caused by business, the effects of which are both immediate and radical (!).
My book, RADICAL CHANGE, is the result of my company's work in dealing with profit in the eco-social context. TRI-MONY creates added value with a sense of purpose that goes well beyond the monetary. If it can work in our company, which is by no means a multinational, it can also work for the world's most successful individuals and companies. It has to be worth a try, at least!

My company serves as a blueprint to enable the TRI-MONY concept to be better understood and more easily adapted. Our world is in need of immediate and radical change!
