From the theoretical concept ...

TRI-MONY has four content innovations.
The first one is:
The partial monetary waiver -
the triple use of profit

TRI-MONY has four content innovations.
The first is:
Partial renunciation of financial gain, -
with profit being split three ways.

The first third of the profit continues to go to the company owner.

The second third is spent on promoting eco-social activities and programmes within the company's value added chain, where priority is given to tackling the most urgent issues, e.g. unfair wages or working hours for migrant workers.

The third part is spent on social issues outside the company, i.e. within society. Society includes both humankind and nature. These funds are invested within a company's "impact cloud" according to a system that prioritises measures depending on the company's impact.
The first third of the profit will continue to be paid in cash to the holder.

The second third affects eco-social issues and activities within the value chain of a company. Here, first of all, the most urgent topics are cured, eg unfair wages or working hours for migrant workers.

The third third touches on social issues outside of a company, ie in society. By society is meant both man and nature. These funds are invested within the effective cloud of a company and according to a system that assesses the impact of the measures.

TRI-MONY has helped us to radically heal all company-related harm very quickly.

By introducing a living wage at our factury in Shenzhen in China, we have become a best-practice model for the entire electronics industry.

As part of our CC commitment, we developed a programme to improve conditions for working parents among our staff - the See Your Child Programme. Surprisingly, our efficiency and profitability have since increased. Our customers welcome TRI-MONY and support us in implementing it.

In Shanghai, the Bertelsmann Foundation and the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce, supported by the diplomatic representations of the Federal Republic of Germany in China and the Legal Center for NGO ("ForNGO"), honoured German companies for the fourth time for their excellent social commitment in China.

An independent German-Chinese jury with representatives from business, politics and society decide which companies will win an award in one of 5 categories on the basis of criteria such as impact, innovation, transferability, relevance and sustainability. From over 100 applications this year, featuring innovative and inspiring CSR projects, GSN and its Living Wage project made the shortlist of 20 finalists and was runner-up in the "Small businesses (1-500 employees in China)" category.

GSN Living Wage Project

In October 2018, GSN Electronics (Shenzen) introduced a Living Wage system that offers all employees a fair chance to earn a monthly living wage without working overtime and during a regular, 5-day working week of 40 hours.

This reduces fatigue and exhaustion among workers and boosts their motivation. GSN has seen an increase in working efficiency that more than compensates the additional cost of the living wage. This has exceeded the management's expectations. As a result, social investments are now creating additional efficiency for the company. In other words, the company's investment ultimately does not incur any additional costs - a fantastic win-win situation.
The world is in need of radical change in the way that we deal with profits.

TRI-MONY has a radically positive impact on the company’s standing and its social environment.
Totally new and meaningful incentives can make up for waiving a portion of financial gains.

The amazing thing is that everyone is a winner once people have moved past their greed !
